As you’ve probably seen by now, we are entering a national lockdown, and unfortunately that means your local Brio centres will be closed on Thursday, 5 November until the end of the lockdown period. You'll find a more detailed response on our website http://cwac.co/A46Gs but the key things to know are:... All bookings, lessons and memberships will be frozen from Thursday. Any direct debits or payments due before Thursday will still be taken as unfortunately the banks are ready to process this and is not something we're able to cancel at this late stage but as it'll freeze on Thursday, you'll receive this time back when we reopen. Don't cancel your membership, lessons or direct debit at the bank - We'll freeze your account automatically. Cancelling it yourself will lead to delays in reactivating again when we're back open. Check your email is correct by logging in to your account, this is how we’ll communicate any changes about your payments, reopening and keeping active through the closures. You can change the email address yourself once you’re logged on, as well as updating your marketing preferences to receive our newsletters. You can still workout with us using our videos on Facebook and YouTube! You can still grab a FREE trial for a whole month, followed by our special rate with Les Mills on Demand here - http://cwac.co/CRb2I Thank you to everyone who has kept active with us throughout closures and when our centres reopened in July, we hope we'll see you all for a few more workouts ahead of the closures from Thursday!
