So glad that we were able to say goodbye to our newly graduated seniors before they head off to college. We'll miss you but know you will do great! Congratulations Jess and Marie!

Congratulations to Jess, the CAST 2020 Gene and Mary Damm award recipient. Jess deserves this award for her dedication and perservance to the sport of swimming. The award is named after Gene and Mary Damm who have been pillars in the sport of swimming for over 40 years. Their message of mental awareness and training stroke technique has endured.... Although, we recently lost Mary, her legacy to swimming, and especially CAST, will endure for years to come. Rest in peace Mary!

We are excited to add our 2nd pool. We will be holding coach evaluations at Union Ave on Tuesdays from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm or 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm and Thursdays from 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm for the next 2 weeks. To set up an evaluation or reserve a specific day/time you must email [email protected]. We may not be able to accept walk up tryouts; you will need a reserved evaluation day and time. In order to ensure we are able to maintain social distancing during practices we will be limiting registration to only allow a maximum of 4 swimmers per lane at any single time.

We are excited to announce we will beginning a 10 week session starting this Monday 6/22 - August 28 at Union Ave Fitness Center from 6:30 to 8:30. Limited to swimmers 13 and older depending on coach approval. For more information email [email protected]

Also, if you are looking into joining CAST, send an email to be put on the distribution list and wait list. Practice times for the upcoming season are listed below. The days you swim will be dependent on the group you are assigned to. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have limited pool space. Please be patient as we work through these challenges. All swimmers will ...need to wear masks before entering or leaving the pool deck. MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS 8-9:30PM, TUESDAYS, FRIDAYS 7:30-9:30PM SATURDAYS 9;30-11:30AM SUNDAYS 7:30-9:30AM
