Kicking off things this weekend with a day of lessons on Saturday! Then I'll move to Sunday afternoon. Reminder: the pool is not open for open swim and extra siblings cannot tag along. Message me if you have questions. Thanks.

I’ve been given approval to schedule private lessons (with restrictions due to pandemic- social distancing & mask, etc.) on Fridays 11 am - 2pm starting next week 6/19. Please comment YES below if you are: 1- comfortable with getting back in the water and following guidelines (those will be provided later)... 2- available during this day/time Once you respond I’ll message you privately. Guidelines as of 6/12/2020 for private lessons at Pearce. I am allowed to have a lesson start every 45 mins, so there is time for people to change and social distance. Remember safety is the first priority, so if at any time you or anyone if your household has experienced any COVID-19 symptoms you will need to reschedule.... -All lessons require a reservation booked through Emily. -You will need to call Pearce front desk upon arrival for staff to open doors to let you into the building. 309-274-4209 Ext. 0. -Lessons must have a 15 min gap between times to allow one family out then next family in. IE - 11, 1145, 1230... -One parent per student(s). No extra siblings/ family members. I am able to do semi private lessons for families. -All patrons must wear mask when inside Pearce except for when in the water. -Parent must wait on outside patio, in lobby or offsite (meaning you can drop off) during lesson time. You will not be permitted to sit on the pool deck. -Everyone must use hand sanitizer upon entering building. -Pay upon entrance BEFORE lesson. -No one with any symptoms of COVID-19 will be allowed to take lessons. If you or anyone in your household is sick please reschedule and keep everyone safe.

My Friday lessons are happening, but slots are limited. Let me know if your interested. You and your child must wear a mask at all times while in the Pearce facility, follow social distancing protocols, and we are limited numbers of extra spectators on deck during lessons. Update for 6/19: After several phone calls with Pearce admin. and some strategic planning I have booked 5 lessons for 6/19. We are going to do a trial run that day and see how this goes. There are a lot of logistical things we have to work through. I’m sorry I couldn’t accommodate more families right away, but with having a 15 min break between each lesson I am just not sure how long I can stay in the water. I will give you more information as things develop! Thanks!
