Front Crawl/Free style home-made exercise. Correct Way : High Elbow Arm Stroke Forearm is turned inwards, elbows pointing upwards before gathering a catch for each stroke.... Common mistake: Low Elbow Arm Stroke Swimmer ends up catching less water and pulls from the surface. Performing the correct arm stroke allows us to catch larger amounts of water which produces more speed, bringing our body forward under water. The first video features an exercise that can be done at home which helps an individual improve on their front crawl/free style. Notice in the 2nd video, that the push on the chair generates a force alot smaller than the one in the 1st video. Why is this so!?

Story Time - 2014, 7 years ago. So what was in the mind of a 20 year-old Chen Han? All that was on my mind at that moment, was to finish off the final leg of a journey that God has set me up 3 years prior to this race in particular. Along the way, there were ups and downs. But I was thankful moral and technical support were available through genuine people. ... Today, though not perfect, I am thankful for the privilege to help children in the area of swimming at a juvenile level. Bearing witness to growth and breakthroughs for children is deeply profound to me personally, partly because I was a child that needed help and encouragement from my educators back in primary school A late bloomer to be exact. The road ahead is clear, I need only to stay focus. God willing.
