This mornings view. How lucky we have been to swim outside! Lots of slow drill work to keep us going.

Just so happy it is Friday.

Steam rising off the water. Saturday would have been our A race. We never even got deep into training when the world changed. We miss our swimmers, we were so looking forward to working with you to get some of your best swims ever! Our time will come again, we have to believe!

Getting out there. With race season over without any real racing what are you doing now? We are working on short runs and low heart rates and will soon move to more time on the bikes in the basement.
