Well done to all my swimmers that took part in the competition. I have loved seeing all these pictures, they’ve really made me smile so thank you! Missing you all loads, everyone that took part in the competition will also get a little treat when we’re back at lessons!

Hey everyone!! I’ve had lots of enquiries recently asking what age is best to start swimming lessons ! I recommend starting your little ones as young as possible, even if it’s just you taking them to your local swimming baths once a week to get them used to the water! If your little one is under 3, try and take them to a warmer pool as they’ll get cold fast (over 30 degrees, if you ring the swimming baths they’ll be able to tell you the temperature). I have so many older swimmers and adults who start with me petrified of the water as they’ve never swam before so have built up a massive fear! Below is Everly-Rose enjoying her swimming lesson, she has recently turned 2!

Here we are again Unfortunately following yesterday’s Government announcement that today we have entered tier 4 it is with further disappointment that I have to cancel all lessons for now. As soon as we are back in tier 3 lessons can resume as normal. Thank you again for all of your continued support Wishing you all a happy new year and hoping for a much better year ahead ...
