With my children's school district electing to have FULLY REMOTE learning and working evenings a few days a week as an RN - I am most likely not going to be teaching this winter. There is potential for me to teach indoors at a location in the near future, but it will depend heavily upon what "school" looks like for my girls! COVID-19 has changed the way we do so many things and I genuinely APPRECIATE all of your understanding as I know my waiting list is growing each day. I a...m hopeful with the addition of two new instructors in southern New England this fall we will be able to cut back waiting times significantly come next Spring / Summer. Everly is just about 1 &1/2 and she's mastered her self rescue skills just in case she's playing with big sis and steps off the steps or finds herself in over her head!

Julie was using a puddle jumper for years until I made mom promise she would throw it away the day she started ISR lessons!! To watch this girl go from asking "how many minutes left" to "can I swim 100 more times?" has been incredible. She was "stuck" in one level at her previous swim school and couldn't get the confidence to float.... Her previous years of puddle jumper use taught her body "I can be vertical and get air" so we had to work extra hard to RELAX and REST those legs to get to our float from a vertical position but she did amazing and earned her trophy last week!

Making a limited time SPLASH in the pool at Mt Hope PT this THURSDAY! I'm testing out the water on my skin as they have drained and trucked in new water - I'm hoping this is the solution to my skin sensitivities! *Hopefully more sessions to come this winter... * I'm hoping to do 1-2 days per month! Let me know if you prefer a certain time slot in the comments below! (MAINTENANCE LESSONS - FOR PREVIOUS "GRADUATES" ONLY!)
