When people ask my why do we only put in Gunite pools and not liner or fiberglass ... This is only one reason ...beach entry will allow for babies to safely exit without incident when mom or dad is not there to intervene !

We cannot say yes to all clients. If they have painted pool it must be sandblasted , if you have leaking skimmers they must be fixed , if you fiberglassed over your metal pool light that’s shorted out we cannot add water in pool if not up to code , if your mastic is missing it has to be out back in, broken separated and falling away concrete , especially rotted and crumbling with no PSI strength or level surface can be overlayed and fix it , if your coping is pink and blue ...we cannot match the pool intereruor to that , yes the pool does require waterline tile, yes your pool is leaking and cracking because it has NO TILE ...we should have ran the other direction . We should have said NO instead of yes to a DESIGN ONLY! We should have never taken your $200 deposit that we refunded you either when you Cancelled via ONLINE REVIEW WITHOUT EVEN A PHONE CALL TO US! That’s technically makes it seem we did business. People can make their own conclusions! We could not even walk around the entire pool without making a path...SMH ! See more
