I want to take a moment to cut to the heart of why I started my business. I think it would help to build a connection even though were all just staring at a screen. For years I struggled trying to find my way. Bouncing from place to place, never a penny to my name. Trapped in a state of survival, all while dealing with severe anxiety and depression. My world felt small and increasingly more hopeless. I distanced myself from family and friends. Hiding in my room, miserable ...and waiting for the days to pass. If that sounds familiar I wouldn't be surprised. There's many people who can resonate with that. Many of them probably don't see a way out. It could be your son, aunt, cousin or a dear friend. Maybe its you. I would love to be a success story for them. A story of someone who made it out...but I'm not... "Yet." Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change. READ THAT AGAIN I couldn't take the stagnation. I had to do something. I took action and the path lead to pool care. It's not as glamorous or exciting as other professions out there but that doesn't matter to me. I still love it. I love cleaning pools. Actually, I even have fun doing it! Once I learned I had a passion for the industry I began to form a plan. If I could make this work, I could end this cycle of chaos and poverty I've been stuck in. I learned all I could, I saved up some money and I started Brightside Pool Care. However the story doesn't end there. My goals are big. My dreams, elaborate and they all start in swimming pools.
