New lessons available on Thursdays

Swim England & the Swimming Teachers Association have just released the new Government and Leisure Facility guidance and guidelines with a view to pools reopening from 4 July however this has been delayed until further notice pending more research. The school facilities that we use for swimming lessons may take longer to return please bear with us.The documents are constantly being updated. The guidance is to help us all keep safe & will keep in mind the latest social distancing guidelines. We are now working together with various official bodies to formulate plans to ensure everyone's safety. We miss you and can't wait to be back. Great news, we are starting back from 10 October, existing pupils have priority til next week so please bear with us. The schools have been closed over the holidays as you know and the school offices are just starting back and we are already making plans with them to ensure we adhere to the most up to date covid guidance. You may have noticed rather a lot going on at Walton Leigh, they have had extensive building work going on over the holidays and have had the pool boiler,... boiler shed and equipment replaced; they are doing a few snagging jobs and the pool will be ready to use in a couple of weeks by which time all our latest covid health & safety guidance will have been checked by the authorities and insurance so I'll email directly with full details shortly for all our pools @ Walton, Ripley & Addlestone Moor. Now the school offices have reopened we are able to work through the finer details. We can't wait to start back, I hope the return to school & nursery goes well. Indoor Swimming Pools can reopen from 25 July, we can't wait to get back in the water and are planning our safe return to lessons.
