We are a design/build residential contractor that specializes in designing and building custom patios, walls, outdoor kitchens, concrete pools, and outdoor living areas. Some of the skills we are looking for include: Class A/B CDL, delivering equipment to job sites, ability to load/unload large pieces of equipment, ability to accept deliveries at our landscape yard, and assisti...ng occasionally on job sites when needed. Candidates should be familiar with operating larger pieces of equipment ie: dump truck, skid steer, excavator. Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work well with others. Candidates should have a valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. A Class A/B CDL is required. Work hours are Monday-Friday 6:45am-5pm(ish) and occasional weekends. . We are looking for a reliable and experienced pool/plumbing technician that understands the minimum basics for plumbing. Some of the skills we are looking for include: ability to plumb plastic goods in the pool, install pool equipment on an equipment ...pad, knowledge of pool equipment,etc. Candidates should be familiar with proper installation techniques and be able to demonstrate knowledge of PVS vs ABS materials and proper plumbing techniques. Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work well with others.
