To my customers, With the Pool Season upon us, I wanted to make a quick statement regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic, and our commitment to you. We have been given the green light to continue servicing our customers pools. This is important to keep the pool water sanitized. A pool left sitting, will grow bacteria and become a breeding ground for mosquito's, which carry Malaria, West Nile Virus, E. Coli and Zika. It is our job to prevent this from happening.... Many of you have received, or will be receiving a call from me over the next couple of days to schedule your opening, and any other service you may want or need. I want to assure you, that during this time we will be taking precautions to slow the spread of COVID-19. While on your property, I will be practicing Social Distancing. This is difficult for me, because I enjoy the face-to-face interactions with all of you. However, at this time, it is necessary for your safety, as well as mine. If you, or a family member are sick, or have been in contact with someone who is sick, I ask that you make me aware, so that I can take any necessary precautions I see fit. While I am on your property, if you have any questions, comments or concerns about your pool, feel free to text, call or come out to chat, while maintaining the required 6' distance. If you don't have any questions, comments or concerns I'd be happy with a wave from your window or door! With the weather as hot as it's been, having a functional pool, is a necessity! In this case you have a 25 year old pool, with lines that didnt last as long. Today I closed the last pool of the season! I couldn't have asked for a better start to this new adventure, and I have you, my customers, to thank! It was great seeing old faces, and meeting new customers throughout the season! I can't thank you enough for making it a huge success and hope that I was able to meet all your needs! This is a pool that needed some saving! This pool had been vandalized prior to the new homeowner moved in. It looked like the walls had been stabbed with a knife. This caused the water to drain, and the wall to pull away from the track and cave in. We repositioned the wall back in track, reinforced the walls, put in a new liner, and new filter system. We hope this customer enjoys their new pool!
