Happy Friday! I wanted to send one additional reminder that registration for the 1st session of my training program, January 10 - March 14 is closing this Monday, December 21. Due to a swim meet at Dulles South, practices for Sunday, March 14 have been moved to Saturday, March 20. Practice times will be 12:30-1:30PM and 1:30-2:30PM. This will be the last practice for the winter session. Spring session practices begin Sunday, March 21. I apologize for any inconvenience. Coach Eric
