About half of the inquiries I receive are about adult swim lessons. The answer is yes - I do work with adults and I love teaching adults how to swim!
Swimming isn’t just about learning the right technique, it’s about making safe choices.
January is the perfect time to start preparing for the summer. Every child learns at a different pace and if you wait for spring, your child may not have all the skills to be water safe in time for your Memorial Day beach trip. I am still teaching swim lessons at ACAC Albemarle Square. I teach on Sunday mornings/early afternoons. Give them a call and request me as your instructor!

Believe it or not, I am already booking lessons for summer 2021. I can come to your home (within a certain distance of Charlottesville) or come to your community pool with the approval of your HOA or management company.
From puddle jumpers to treading water in 9 weeks. These girls worked hard and practiced swimming almost every day of the week between lessons. It’s important to remember that every child learns to swim at a different rate, but practice is the key to accomplishing your goals.
