We do a complete pool evaluation; during this evaluation, the size of your pool is used, the type of pool equipment and it's age is used and the surrounding environment of the pool is used (if your pool is under screen, plants and trees around the pool and if you are on the water) to determine the price.... Not all pools are the same! You could easily have a different price than your next door neighbor.
