Great review from james... "On our second Hot Springs Spa, our first is still running like new at our old house after 16 years. Left it when we moved. Our second is doing great at 4 years. However, a one inch crack developed on the edge of the shell by the control panel. Could have been from defect or our college age sons. Mentioned to Paul Cooper at the SD Clairemont store to see if anything could be done for this He had a great plastics repair man come out and fix the crack and it is unidentafiable. Fantastic hot tub and great store that stands behind their product. Hot springs for life"
