Hey ya'll! Your founder and designer, Alexa Phelece, here! It has been a dream of mine to feel loved and included in a world that I felt disposed of me because my body didn't fit the mold. How many of you have felt this way? I was taught to believe my body 'wasn't good enough' by the lack of body diversity represented in fashion malls, runaways, clothing store, main stream media, ads and so much more. I feel lucky and humbled to contribute to a huge movement of men and women... working together to showcase bodies of all sizes and shapes. Body Love Swimwear is committed to empowering women to feel confident in their bodies. We will also dedicate 5% of all profits to educate our youth on the importance of self-love and healthy body image. Things as simple as shopping for swimwear can now be uplifting and sexy.
