Adult learn to swim, lesson 1. Student with negative experience of the water. 1) The water doesn’t care about us- we must adapt. 2) Nobody can breathe underwater.... 3) Fear is real, and must be recognized and respected. Kudos to my student for getting up for 6am after a huge rainstorm!
