Once it’s safe and you have power, you can go backwash and rinse or waste the water level back to a mid skimmer level and empty baskets. Leave the rest to us.. Please be patient with your pool technicians, as we will try to see everyone this week for chemicals and to get large debris from pools and skimmers. Next week we will get them polished back up and be back to normal like nothing happened. It’s a process and we appreciate your patience. To all of our existing customers, be patient with us and we will have y’all back to normal before you know it. Empty those skimmer baskets, pump baskets and be very careful getting large debris out of the pool on your own. You don’t want to puncture the liner.
