To be on swim team means more than just being good in the water, it means being strong, being disciplined, and putting in the work outside the water to be strong too! Swim requires you to be an all around strong athlete and that’s what this program I’m developing will show! Boys tryouts start tomorrow and I can’t wait to announce the boys team at the end of the day Friday! Here are some pics from our swim team conditioning over the past week! Proud of these swimmers, proud to be apart of WHS! Go Tigers Let’s get to work!
