When Age Group State gets cancelled, you hold your own! Last night at our banquet we held our own competition for our State qualifiers. They earned some delicious medals at the end! Thank you parents for help making this a special night for our kids!

Parents, We wanted to communicate some quick updates with you. Normally we would be letting you know that we were one week away from starting our summer season, however, as we all know that won't be happening for awhile. As of right now, we know there will be no swimming in May. We are hopeful that something will change in the near future and we can start in June.... In the meantime, we have a month of dryland exercises that use simple movements and body weight that we can share with all those who are interested. I will be sending these out weekly on Sunday evenings, starting this Sunday, May 3. If you would like to receive these workouts, please email me at [email protected] to be included.
