NTU Mass Swim 2020. It's been a while since i last joined such events, but i always love that post-event feeling when you went a little further beyond what you think you can. Clocking in 92 laps in 3 hours.

Had a snot-filled warzone with this cute family as we took our practice with Jal Neti to cleanse and clear the impurities from the respiratory system. This is one of the purification techniques to remove the mucus and blockages from the nasal passages, especially the impurities that persistently clog the sinuses. Similar to my situation, Yuveka often experiences blocked nose due to sinusitis. It seems like a moment of 'victory' for her after firing out those nasty mucus that ...has been plaguing her sinuses, and finally being able to breathe equally through both nostrils. It may seem alittle awkward to be filling the saline water into one nostril and allowing it to flow out from the opposite. But i must say that this practice has definitely helped improve on my breathing and i hope this practice can help benefit you too! It's worth giving it a try if you haven't:)

Just exactly a year back since my last union with lovely friends back in India and amazingly both of them share the same birthday! Lovely to see @manishk8 for his very first visit in Singapore and celebrating his special day, and missing Namrata Dedhia from miles away. Amazing how yoga brings all of us together and not forgetting some playful shot to bring back those good old times

#InternationalYogaDay on last weekend! It was a beautiful experience, having to share the positive energy with the lovely members from AMMA Singapore on this very special day.

Got caught up in a grumpy weather this morning and had to call off today's lesson. Ended up spending some good times with the girls over few rounds of Snowy Bros and Super Mario games. Their presence just brought me back those childhood memories where Nintendo Tetris and Super Mario were like my pasttime hobbies. No swim practice today, but at least some great time spent with the girls

Who says yoga asanas need to be conventional. These adorable kids taught me new creative poses each week with their infectious smile and playfulness. From 'block balancing dead man', 'hugging a pillow' pose to their creative "happy baby pose" song whenever we lie down for a dead bug pose, they never fail to make our practice session filled with giggles and laughter. #familyoga #outdooryoga

A little time off with the young ones skypark picnic, arcade fun and a tik tok dance. Aside from being the little swimmers, they are also a DJ and choreographer for our short fun dance, how talented are they!
