Thank you for an awesome review David Picciano - it great seeing you again! Two years ago I purchased an above ground pool and filter from Woodbridge Pool and Ski. Jeff O’Keefe was working their at the time and was extremely helpful. Jeff O’keefe was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase the pool/filter from them instead of another pool store. Well yesterday the motor stopped working on my Hayward filter. Only two years old. Called Woodbridge Pool and Ski since ...I purchased it from them. They said to bring the motor in and we’ll take care of you. I even asked if it was still warrantied. Woman on the phone said, well we have to see it first. After disassembling to motor from the filter and bringing it to them, I was told the motor was shoot and I could either purchase a new one for $299.00 or look to get it rebuilt. The people at Woodbridge Pool and Ski couldn’t t have been more unfriendly. Not willing to offer a discount for a return customer and not willing to take that extra step to be helpful. They also knew when I purchased the pool/filter and could have told me the warranty was only good for one year on the motor. Well I called Jeff O’Keefe over at the Pool Place. Jeff said bring in the motor. After about ten minutes, jeff had the motor up and running. Jeff and the folks at the Pool Place took that extra step to help me and now have a loyal customer for all my pool needs. And it doesn’t stop there. Jeff called me several hours later to make sure I got the motor reassembled to the filter and everything was working okay. That’s awesome Customer Service.
