Hoping everyone had a great Labor Day Holiday! We now have our eyes watching Hurricane Dorian and have started prepping our customer's sites for the anticipated storm. We'll continue to update our page as new information becomes available, but please feel free to contact our office if you have any questions regarding your pool in the meantime.

Our crews are in the field working hard to restore customers' amenities to their pre-storm states. We are excited to see more and more pools re-open over the next couple of days! If you have any questions regarding your community pool, feel free to send us a message or e-mail our customer care for site specific updates. Thanks to our staff for their dedication and to our customers for trusting us with your aquatic amenities!

Due to the impending arrival of Hurricane Florence to our area, our team met this morning to establish a geographically staged plan of action to prepare, secure and close all commercial pool facilities managed by Carolina Swim. We want to ensure the integrity and safety of each and every pool and the plan for completion is as follows: By end of day today, Monday, September 10th: All locations south of HWY 211, north of Porter's Neck as well as Wrightsville Beach are expected ...to be at 100% full shut down. By end of day tomorrow, Tuesday, September 11th: All locations on and north of HWY 211 including HWY 133, Porter's Neck, Wilmington and Carolina Beach are expected to be at 100% full shutdown. Residential pool service has been suspended until further notice. Please continue to check this page for updates.

Going old school is sometimes best for triage! 24 hours to go and all that is left. Technology doesn’t help when power is out. Good practice to be ready. Low tech never fails!
