PSA: We wanted to let all of our current and future customers know where pool service stood amid the lurking COVID-19 closures. 1) Your pool needs to remain up to code and satisfactory sanitary standards. We will not be closing (unless we are mandated) to maintain the water quality of your pool. 2) Our distributor has informed us that there is an abundance of chemical supply to last several months or more without a shipment. ... 3) Our service technicians are single individuals and will remain in open air outside of your home. You do not have to have any close contact whether it’s a service or repair technician. 4) We are adhering to all the CDC safety protocols and guidelines. Keeping our employees and customers safe during this crisis remains our number 1 priority. If you have any questions at all please feel free to contact us.
