Fitness Tip: Work your full range of motion. Take your time and limit the weights you use, it is more important to use the full range of motion during a workout than to have an extra 10 pounds on the machine.

Train Tip Tuesday! (Shavane, West Central) Looking for a new exercise? Here is the Squat-Curl-Overhead Press! Included is a video, but if you want directions here you go!... Step 1: Feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly pointed out at a 45-degree angle. Weights down to your sides, begin to lower your hips until they are parallel to the ground. Squeeze glutes and push on your heels to bring yourself back to the standing position! Step 2: Perform a curl, then rotate your wrists. Perform an overhead press. Lower the weights back to your shoulders then back to your sides. Questions? Just ask a fitness manager or personal trainer in your local club!
