To all our valued customers, During this tenuous time we at Southern Pools are reaching out to keep you apprised of how the current government mandate will affect us, you, and the customer service you've come to rely on from our company. Our thoughts and prayers are definitely with those who've been impacted by COVID-19, as well as with you, our customers, while we all attempt to make necessary changes with our jobs, our children (Lord, bless our teachers!), and our normal so...cial activities. Please know that protecting you, your home, and your home's environment is a top priority for us as usual. While many small businesses are temporarily on hold, Southern Pools has been deemed an essential service necessary to maintain the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences, as issued by the Department of Homeland Security. Since our services are strictly outdoors and we aren't at risk for direct contact with our customers, WE ARE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO SERVE YOU during this unprecedented time. For anyone who's had the unfortunate experience where your pool went without maintenance for a prolonged period of time and turned into a swamp, and not the good kind, you're aware there are health risks associated with that avenue. On the joyful side of things, if you're quarantined, we want you to be able to at least get the full benefits of your swimming pool! With that being said, we are still incorporating additional measures to ensure the safety of workers as well as you, our customers. They include: ***Our personnel will maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance between themselves and our customers. ***If you are home when we are servicing your pool, please either call your technician, or speak from a distance. We have great hearing! ***All gate latches (where applicable) that are touched will be sprayed/wiped down before we leave your property. Please Note: If you would prefer to not be serviced over the next couple of weeks, please contact your technician immediately. All properties will continue to be serviced unless we hear otherwise from you. By implementing what we've outlined above, it's our desire to continue to provide the service you are accustomed to from Southern Pools, but in a way which will keep your families and our employees safest.
