Bailey Ibarra, sophomore Swimming is a place for me to go into a place of peace. Swimming allows me to be part of the water and calm me down for all the troubles though out the day. Swimming is like a second home for me and it allows me to escape. Swimming has become a huge part of my life. I am unbelievably proud for all the girls and women out there. I encourage them to stay strong and keep up the great work! #NGWSD2020 #femaleathletes
Introducing our JUNIORS Bayley Blackmon is a Conflict Resolution/ Legal Studies major with a double minor in Organizational leadership and Psychology. Bayley’s career goal is to make a change in children lives that haven’t been given a chance to be shown how amazing their potential is by working through the court system. She also wants to one day be able to be pro bono lawyer for minority groups who have been falsely accused and suffered from racial injustice within the l...aw system. Bailey Ibarra is a General Buisness major from Cherokee, Ga! After graduation she hopes to get a job working for Brenau or at Vanderlande where her family works! Haley Bartoletta is a Mass Communications major with a minor in History/Political Science. After graduation Haley plans to pursue a career in Broadcasting and Reporting working in the news industry!
There are 3 sessions for this meet - Friday night 6:00- 8:30 pm, Saturday morning 9:30 am -12:00 pm, and Saturday afternoon from 3:30-5:00 pm. Don't miss your chance to come see the reigning AAC champs in action. GO TIGERS!
Meet our newest member of the Brenau Swim team sophomore Ashlyn Stienbach. Ashlyn is a English major from Columbus, Ga. She has been swimming for 10 years. Ashlyn is looking to bonding with the team and working hard in and out the pool.

Meet sophomore Meghan Mistric!! Meghan is a biology major from New Orleans, La. Meghan has been a competitive swimmer for 9 years. Besides being on the swim team she is a member of Phi Mu faternity. Where she holds two positions she is their reference chair and ritual chair. Meghan is excited to bond with all of her team mates this year.
Introducing our SENIORS Nikoletta is a senior Biology major from Greece! She has a concentration in pre-med and plans to attend a master’s program after graduation in USA . Meghan is senior Biology major with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. When she graduates she plans on attending Physical therapy school where she will earn a doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Yanne Toussaint, senior When I was little I always dreamt of swimming in America. Being able to be an athlete and complete my bacholors degree is just so awesome. Swimming has taught me many things, but it also introduced me to life long friends. Meet senior Lindsay Dowling! Lindsay is a health science major from Douglasville, Ga. She has been swimming competitively since she was 8 years old. Lindsay is so excited to make new memories with everyone this season and cannot wait for her senior year!

Vivianne Funes is a Nursing major who plans on becoming a registered nurse working in the Neonatal intensive care unit after graduation. London Faile is a Fashion Merchandising major who plans to become a fashion art director and move to the city after graduation!
Meghan Mistric, junior The best decision I could have ever made was choosing to continue my swimming career in college. When I first started swimming when I was little I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams that I would be where I am today. Swimming has helped me create life long friendships and shape me into the person I am today. Haley Bartoletta, sophomore Being an athlete is one of my biggest blessings, and I can not imagine my life without swimming. I am overwhelmed by the unwavering support I receive from my teammates and from my university and I couldn’t imagine pursuing my athletic or academic career anywhere else. Nikoletta Alvanou, junior I started swimming when I was young because I thought it would be fun but I never thought that it would become such a big part of my life . Swimming for me is both a stress reliever but also a way to show myself that I can go further than my limits. Other than that, swimming has given me opportunities that I never thought I would have, such as going to the USA , gaining respect and marvel by winning a race and inspiring other people by my hard work at practices. Without swimming I wouldn’t have been the same person I am now. #NGWSD2020 #femaleathletes
Meet senior Emma Jaczko! Emma is a biology major from Peachtree City, Ga. she has been swimming competitively for 12 years. Besides being on the swim team she also is the Vice President of Academic Excellence for Alpha Gamma Delta, a Writing Center Tutor, a Math SPA tutor, a Chemistry Lab Assistant, Honor Court Senior Justice, and she is the Head Editor of the Elixir. Emma is excited to see what the team can achieve this year.

The Brenau University swim team is excited to announce, we are back in action! After a little bit of a break we decided that it was time for us to show everyone who the Golden Tiger swim team is. Were keeping the action going all summer between training, vacation, working, and spending time with family and friends . The Golden Tiger swim team is excited to introduce to you the 2018-2019 swim team. Each week we will introduce a different class starting with the seniors and finishing up with our incoming freshman. Along the way we will also be sharing our summer adventure so yall can see what we are up to this summer. Keep up with us on instagram and facebook to see what we are doing this summer and to meet the 2018-2019 Golden Tiger swim team.

Last but certainly not least..... our freshman spotlight for Macie Patridge! Macie is from Athens, Ga and she is majoring in Exercise Science. "I am so excited to be able to make new friends, have a fresh start, and be able to swim while doing it. Go Golden Tigers!"

Meet senior Devin Horan! Devin is a Biology major from Savannah, Georgia. She has been a competitive swimmer for 16 years. Besides being on the swim team she is President of Alpha Chi Omega, Vice Chair of Honor Court, a representative of the swim team for the Student-Athletes Action Committee, and she is Parliamentarian on the SGA executive board. Devin is excited about this season and hopes to win conference with her team for the fifth year in a row!
So excited that Maggie Davis and Grace McNeilly will be Golden Tigers next year!
