Here, Andy has the anchor up higher than other videos. It's fine but I prefer the level anchor as it simulates freestyle more. Also, the higher the anchor the more it may torque the shoulder joint in a non-packed position. https://youtu.be/5Y-61iZiysY

Here’s a fun swim challenge that ANYONE can do over the next couple of months to keep in shape for. Life and whatever comes next!... REGISTRATION-$15 OPEN FROM JUN 15-AUGUST 1 FOR GUARANTEED CAP SIGN UP AT WWW.SWIMWITHTRACY.COM OR EMAIL- [email protected] EVENT DATES AUGUST 1 - AUGUST 31 You will have from August 1-31 to do your event. This is not a cumulative distance event where you add multiple training sessions’ mileage to get to your goal. The object is, is to train for a distance then on one day, between August 1 and August 30, to do your event. EVENTS Do one or multiple, you have all of August! (pay only once) 1. TriSwimmer= Half mile to 1 mile 2 The Half Ironman= 1.2 miles- Still training for a race? Use this as a training gauge 3 The Ironman= 2.4 miles- 4. Swimmer 5K- The next step up from tri distances 5. Olympic Marathon Swimmer 10K- This is the distance that is raced at the Olympics! 6. Challenge the POOL Challenge- Reach or surpass the distance you’ve swam at past Swim Distance POOL Challenges!
