Swim lessons have started again!! We have limited space available on a Thursday evening and a Saturday morning for lessons in the Cross Fit indoor heated pool. At this stage we are unfortunately only accepting children and adults who can "help themselves" in the water due to Covid 19. Students will be taught to move unaided through water as well as learn strokes.... We also cater for people wanting help with their swim leg of triathlons or iron man and want help with getting into open water swimming. Please inbox for more information
