Athlete requested for a stroke correction before his Challenge Roth competition that contain a 3.8km of swim segment. His first video analysis during a Critical Swim Speed (CSS) test to determine an estimated sustainable distance swimming pace of 1.5km and above. We noted a few focus areas to improve.
