I’d hate to be the one to clean this pool after but doesn’t this look like fun!

Important Info for Pool Owners HURRICANE POOL PREP - Move all patio furniture into the garage or other secure area (incl. grills) when expecting high rates of wind... - Move all plants and decorations away from the pool - Move all pool cleaning equipment to a secure area - Secure all spa covers - shut off and disconnect propane from pool heater - DO NOT throw chairs and other furniture into the pool (this should only be done as a last resort. This could potentially ruin your pool) - I DO NOT ADVISE you to drain your pool in preparation of heavy rains. Once the rain stops, if you wish to lower your pool level back to mid-skimmer, you may run the pump to waste. -INCREASE Free Chlorine level prior to storm to combat excess debris introduced into the pool and to help deter additional cloudiness -Feel free to reach out with questions or concerns at anytime 302-382-8963 **This storm is still a few days away and as always the forecast is subject to change.

Really Important Tip of the week Please be advised- mixing pool chemicals is very dangerous! Never mix chemicals together. If you do pre-mix them, designate 1 bucket per chemical and ONLY use it for that purpose. ... ALWAYS put water in the bucket FIRST, and then your chemical. Make sure to read the mixing information on the label. Chlorine and Muriatic acid- NEVER Dry Chlorine & liq. Chlorine- NEVER Shock & Trichlor - NEVER Among MANY others.. Closing Tips It’s almost that time of year- BUT it’s super important to make sure you don’t close TOO early. Ideally, one should wait until water temp is below 65 degree- which significantly decreases the growth rate of algae. This is why I choose to close all my pools later in the season. ... The week leading up to your closing- make sure your water is balanced. For safe measure, shock your pool a day or two before putting the cover on. If closing by yourself: Use a winterizing kit which will have all the chemicals required. If you need one- contact me to make arrangements. Clean, clean, clean... do not cover up a dirty pool- this will make next spring a nightmare for you.
