After last night’s post we are so sad that we are going to have to take yet another break. HOWEVER we have TODAY, we will be back (all fingers and toes crossed!) by early December and the lovely Simon King will be sending your over some video footage during lockdown of Pilates based exercises you can do to help your swimming !!
