The short answer to this- probably! Their instructor is new, the pool facility is new, and they are learning to do something new...put those elements together a...nd you have a recipe for possible Children like routine & familiarity, so we are not surprised when they fuss in the initial days or weeks of lessons. Thankfully, we find that this behavior typically tapers off as they begin to build trust & a rapport with their instructor and as they feel more confident in their skills While it's tempting to hold out for a magical "no cry" method to swimming or to wait until your child is older with the hope that they will cry less, keep in mind that they are the most vulnerable to drowning between the ages of 1-4. Our swim parents will tell you that any tears are a worthy trade-off for the priceless self-rescue skills they will learn! Visit www.infantswim.com to find an instructor near you

Enrolling in ISR lessons in the FALL is the perfect opportunity for that preschooler who just didn’t ‘get’ swimming this summer. No outside interference. Kids aren’t confused about pool time. They often get skilled FASTER. All they’ll need is a quick refresher in the Spring when time slots are hard to come by and availability is limited. When everyone is schlepping to the pool every day for lessons next spring, you have time for other activities. ... Big kids are back in school routine and little kids can have their own routine! It allows us to hang on to summer just a little bit longer. Drowning knows NO SEASON. There is no time like the PRESENT. Plain and simple. Do. Not. Wait. Sign up for Infant Swimming Resource Lessons today! Fall time spots open starting Sept 28th or Oct 5th in Blue Bell 8-9 am and 5:30-6:30! [email protected] (am lessons) [email protected] (pm lessons)
