Busy day for Prestige Spa and Pool Services!! We fixed the electric on a heater and got the pool nice and warm for a group of boys wanting to swim this weekend and did a brand new equipment install on an above ground pool!! Customer Service! Customer Service! Customer Service! We have been on the phone all morning with multiple customers. We make sure everything is running smooth and will always answer the phone when you need us. If we can walk you through something very simple over the phone and save you money, then that’s what we will do. Again, we want you to want us and not need us!! The first customer was a follow up to their opening. We went over how to properly backwash and rinse their eq...uipment and followed up on some basic maintenance tips. Another customer is having issues with their pump not priming. We tried some simple tips and tricks to see if the issue could be resolved over the phone. Unfortunately, I will need to make a service run, but the point is we have your interest in mind when we do anything. There are still a couple finishing touches on this overhaul, but I couldn’t wait to show you all. This has been one stressful and long project, but it was worth it. Stopped by a customers pool today to check in on them and take some pictures. Look how nice the pool looks and the chemicals aren’t even fully balanced yet! A little more tuning and it will look even better

Hey everyone! We are running a deal for Hot Tub services through the end of this week!! For 75 dollars you will get a full cleaning. That consists of.. - Draining the Hot Tub - Wiping the Hot Tub Clean (Scum Line, Filter Drains, Etc.)... - Cleaning the Filter Cartridge - Refilling the Hot Tub - Adjusting the chemicals The reason it is so important to drain your Hot Tub atleast once a month is due to TDS. TDS stands for Total Dissolved Solids. TDS can occur from a multitude of things. And the best way to sea with that is to have everything drained and cleaned by a professional!! So, if you would like to schedule for us to come out Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly, please let’s us know

So, let’s talk about our weekly spa service. Spas are a much smaller body of water, which in return requires extra care. Our recommendation is to do a weekly service if the spa is being used frequently. That consists of balancing the chemicals, vacuuming, rinsing the filter, brushing the walls with a sponge brush, and hand skimming for perfection. We also make it a point to drain the spa once a month. Fresh water in a spa is a life saver for your lines. We also offer a purge service for spas that need a little extra TLC.
