As a way of helping you remain active, we are launching the Aspire Health app In the first instance available to members and ...non-members, we have a range of on-demand classes ready for you to take part in right now or whenever suits you. Simply follow the instructions below to get moving with a familiar face from our dedicated team or library class content from our partners at Technogym. 1. Download the FREE Aspire Health app from the Apple App Store (https://apple.co/2SLlEKB) or Google Play Store (https://bit.ly/2IRQmQh) 2. Open the app and create a mywellness account by completing the personal details section. If you are a current Aspire Health member, please use the email linked to your membership. 3. Follow the registration process, making sure to accept the T's and C's. 4. Select "Create mywellness account" to complete the process. 5.
