It’s never too late to learn. The thought of your fear is often way bigger than the fear itself and my clients prove this time after time in the pool. I’m in awe of those that come to me asking for help to overcome something that is so huge in their minds. If you just start and allow the process to happen then you never know what joyous opportunities will arise from knowing that you can keep trying at something and you WILL improve and the fear will become less @in_the_swim
