New Review! All Wilcott Pools did a wonderful job on a large (18 x 36) freeform pool of mine. There are a couple of things I think you will be looking for in a pool company and I'll go over my experience in detail with each. Price, quality, speed, the builder's knowledge, service and add-ons, and after the sale support. 1. Price - I'm "frugal" to say it nicely and its tough to get around this topic. I personally called in 5 companies to quote. I woun't take cheap low-bal...lers, only reputable companies. Let me get to the punchline, although All Wilcott quoted at the lower end of the 5, that's not why I selected them. The categories below provide the reason why. 2. Quality - I'm very happy with the materials and workmanship put into this pool. Terry (one of the owners) walked me thru everything I wanted to know. He took the time to explain things and knew the details. They only use quality materials and contractors from what I see. 3. Speed - hands down the fastest contractor I've seen. If I recall correctly I signed the contract towards the middle of December 2017. They were done February 12th 2018. They were so fast one of my neighbors that I don't even talk to that much stopped me to comment on this. They are fast because they show up everyday, not because they cut corners. 4. The builder's knowlege - I think this one is largely overlooked. For some of the big builders you are likely not to see the true industry experts. Terry, on the other hand, was onsite from the start. He taught me more about pools than I would have known to ask for. And I'm sure he's forgotten more about pools than many of the others even know:) I find this to be a asset of All Wilcott Pools. 5. After sale support - most companies these days are nowhere to be found once they've collected. Carol, her son Rick, and Terry have all been back. Actually after the last visit (almost 1 month after completion) I feel like I'm calling them too much! Yet they always show up. They stand behind their work and that's more important to me than the rest. So if you are wondering who to go with. Do what I did, ask a local Nassau County resident and I bet you they will tell you All Wilcott baby!:) Sincerely, The Darrow's Callahan, FL

**NEW REVIEW** "We spent over 2 years looking for a company that would build a pool/swim spa in a very small space on our property. Our house wraps around an outdoor patio that has a coquina wall blocking it in from the outside. Needless to say, dropping a pool in that area was a crazy idea. Several Jacksonville based companies came out and either refused to provide a quote or didn’t follow up after an onsite visit. We came to the conclusion that no one would build a pool in ...the area we desired. I read about a local pool builder on Facebook and called him up. Terry checked out our space, acknowledged that it would be challenging and would involve a lot of hand digging and creativity to raise the area around the pool (this is why no Jax company would follow-up). He then provided a very reasonable quote for a feature loaded pool/swim spa. He began work immediately and delivered on his commitments in a big way. Having a pool/swim spa built can be a stressful process for people that don’t know exactly what they want. Terry was able to guide us through the process. He was patient and understanding. We wanted our pool usable by my husband’s birthday and Terry and Rick came out on a Saturday to ensure it was ready to be used by us and our guests.
