Run 313/365 : Thankful That I Can! Between Thanksgiving Parade and Dinner I got in my daily run. 17 minutes, 5 seconds faster 10k yesterday than on the same route, on the same date 8 years ago. ... Delighted with my time. A lifetime PB I think. Certainly in last 20 years. Younger, stronger, faster, healthier than I was 8 years ago!! My goal is to say the same in another 8 years. #DamienRocheFitness

Run 317/365 An Erie but cool sky out there tonight just after torrential downpours and thunder storm. Was surprising warm out too. Was full on expecting to be soaked running today... not a single drop. Perfect timing.

Run 372/365 Nice day for it. Cold but the sun helped. Glad I got out before dark. Last nights one had a crazy cold wind chill.
