We would like to inform our members that we will be opening this summer. We will have date as soon as we get our health inspection scheduled and completed. We are asking everyone to continue to be patient with us, as this is unchartered waters and a learning curve for everyone.... Below are some decisions that the board made last Friday evening to enjoy the remaining part of the summer: Everyone must social distance unless you live in the same household (this rule goes for on the deck and in the pool); If you feel sick or have a temperature or any of the symptoms in the guidelines, please do not come to the pool; Hours of operation are Sunday through Saturday from 12:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m.; We will not be accepting guest this summer; We ask that you bring your own chair; we will not be putting any uprights at the tables. We will be placing lounges throughout the facility six feet apart. If you would like an upright you can check that out from the front desk. When returning your chair we ask that you disinfect it prior to returning. We will provide the disinfecting products; When leaving the facility for the day we ask that you disinfect your area; To control labor we will not be putting up the diving boards this summer; The 10 foot area will be for adults and floats only (you still need to social distance when your head is above that water); There will be two stalls in each restroom available for use; There will be no usage of the showers or the changing rooms this summer; There will be no usage of the grills this summer; The baby pool will be reserved for families with children five years and younger; We will pro-rate the membership fees to be applied to the 2021 season and will inform you after the season what the proration amount will be; Please read all signage before entering the swim club at the entrance of the lobby; Our life guards are not babysitters and they are there to keep you safe; if for some reason you or your child(ren) can’t abide by the rules you will be asked to leave and not return for the remainder of the summer; If you start to feel sick or develop any of the symptoms on the signage we ask that you leave the facility immediately; If for any reason any of the rules are broken and the health department closes us down for the summer we will not be issuing refunds.

We are asking for help at the club this weekend. Special areas have been set up with multiple tasks which are all separated. Anyone working 2 or more hours will be entered in a drawing. Come on down. Thank you.

Hello, We hope that everyone is doing well, safe and healthy. We wanted to share some sad news with you about the passing of Bob Fogle, who was a member of the club for 61 years, along with being one of the founding members. Bob was instrumental in the development of the swim club and we will miss all of his great stories, knowledge and seeing him baste in the sun. We could never figure out how he was able to attain such a good tan. ... Bob was very passionate about the pool and made many contributions to the swim club throughout the years. As a matter of fact, if any of the board members had a specific question about the facility we always knew who would have the answer. Without Bob's dedication, determination and hard work throughout the years we wouldn't have our sound equipment, updated bi-laws or stainless steel gutters for the recirculation system. Bob also worked with the architects to design a new baby pool along with providing them with information on the pump house requirements and served as a liaison between with the Health Department for the Concession Stand and pools. We are asking you to share any memories that you might have with Bob so that we can relay them to his family. I’m sure that Bob is the one sending us all of these beautiful sunny days. Thanks everyone. https://www.ronaldbjones.com/obituaries/812-robert-fogle

Good Morning. We will be working at the pool this weekend and would appreciate any help that we can get. The optimal plan would be to have families working together who live in the same household. For anyone wanting to help who isn’t with a family member we will be practicing social distancing. We do have plenty of things to do that will be spread out. Please let us know if you can help. Thanks in advance.
