Hi everyoneI’m writing because I have an idea brewing in my head and I’m SO excited about it. It’s a work in progress, right now. It’s definitely not perfect (...yet) But I’d love to involve you. First, a bit of backstory. When I started teaching swimming, I dreamed of bringing joy, confidence and safety to others. That has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life! Seeing my students get those ah-ha! Moments. Having the confidence to swim with their family when they NEVER thought they would swim... Hearing how much joy my students experience when they embrace the freedom and fun of swimming, that's what I LOVE to help families do!! And that’s what has inspired this idea!. To create an online community together, for families, where we could learn and build children’s (and parents) water confidence, overcome fears and challenges, and help everyone to be safe? I would provide online content each month - with activities to build water confidence and overcome fears. We could stick together, taking a deeper dive into the techniques and activities. We could have videos, Q&A’s, printable activities, and more! We can encourage and support each other in our journey to help families to become more confident and safer swimmers! So many possibilities!! The vision is there. And that’s why I’d love to extend an early invitation to you. I want you to be part of this especially if you’re willing to help me shape this idea. Meaning, if you join me as a founding member and you’re willing to help contribute ideas on how we can make this THE best place to support parents with family swimming, I’m willing to offer a very favourable founding member price. When this offer is extended to the general public, I anticipate the starting price for this to be somewhere in the region of 27 per month. Join me today as a founding member and your price will be 17 per month (or 170 per year). AND you’ll be locked into that founding member price for as long as you remain a member. So even when I do roll this out to the general public at the higher price, your price will always be the founding member price. As I said, all the details for this are not figured out yet. Nothing has officially been created. And I expect some of the best ideas will come from you and others who join me as a founding member. But the goal is to officially launch this on 31st August 2020. So between now and then, things will be happening fast based on the ideas flowing back and forth between founding members.
