It's hot! Pools are nice! TIME TO SWIM! I have begun swim lessons again this summer Even with all the craziness, I find it's even MORE important for the littles to know how to survive and swim efficiently ... I have been coaching competitive swimming for over 10 years as well as teaching swim lessons. I have coached Masters, USA Swim Clubs, High School, Middle School and Rec Teams. I currently Coach at Mesa Aquatics Club in the Age Group Division. I am an ASCA Level II Swim Coach I am CPR and Firt Aide Certified And I still compete as a masters swimmer for Mesa Aquatics Club Masters Team Contact me if you or someone you know is interested!

So glad I got to do some FAST swimming today! 100 free, 100 fly and 50 fly. Considering our circumstances, I swam pretty great! And I had FUN Nott bad for an old lady I am in the 3rd lane from the right/bottom
